Get to Know Google Goggles and Google Voice Actions Better

Google loves to make movies.  Well... clips anyway.  Today, they launched the Google Mobile YouTube channel.  While I was checking it out, I ran across the Google Goggles videos as well, which I don't think we've actually covered here on Robot Briefs before.  So grab the kids and some popcorn and make the jump to see some Google engineers in what will certainly be Academy Award winning performances.  All the while, you might pick up a thing or two about Goggles and Voice Actions that you might not have known.

Many of the Google Voice Actions and Goggles videos are just 30 second spots that show people using the product in various situations, such as using voice search to look for brain freeze cures.  If you'd like to check them out, or all of the Google Mobile videos, you can take a run over to the new You Tube channel here.

We thought we'd like to spotlight a couple of the more instructive videos here.  You may have seen these before, but for those that haven't, they are definitely worth a quick look to learn more about each of these powerful Android features.

Here's our favorite of the Google Goggle videos.

And here's the overview video of Google Voice Actions in case you haven't seen it.

If you haven't downloaded Voice Actions (which is for Froyo only, sorry), or Goggles, here are the links.
