T-Mobile and LG Working to Bring Software Update to the G2X

There are quite a few of you T-Mobile LG G2X owners out there that are probably wondering when T-Mo is going to update your device.  If not to Gingerbread, then at least push out an update to fix the random reboot issues that have plagued more than a couple of you.  After all, it doesn't seem like it should be that difficult to bring an update to a stock Android phone.

Hopefully, that elusive software update is right around the corner.  Yesterday, T-Mobile tweeted via their official twitter page that they and LG are working on a software update for the G2x.  Unfortunately, they didn't go in to further details as to what the update may include.  However, at least it's a positive sign that you haven't been forgotten about.
